I’ve tried a few different meatball recipes and I didn’t care for any of them. I would’ve rather just had the frozen ones from a bag. One day I decided to just wing it and try to make my own recipe. They actually turned out super good! So here’s my recipe:
YOU WILL NEED:
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Form into golf ball size meatballs – or make 4 large meatballs, your choice! Put parchment paper down onto a large baking sheet and spread your meatballs on it.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, OR, if you made 4 large meatballs, at 400 for 30 minutes.
I arranged mine onto a paper plate with a paper towel for about 10 minutes when done to get the grease off them.
Simmer them in your favorite sauce for about 10 minutes, or put them in the crock pot like I did with some marinara, turn it on low, and allow the sauce to warm through for a few hours. Enjoy!
