As we start our last day of the trip 😢, we wake up to a foggy gray sky. We don our running apparel, and hit the road, headed to the beach just over the bridge.
This was our first time running on a beach, and we set a goal of running for 45 minutes. 10 minutes in and we’re checking the time, because we’re already tired.
We seen birds bathing in the puddles, and a surfer paddling through the water with his board.
We did not meet our goal of 45 minutes. We stopped at 30, going 2.24 miles. It was a beautiful last run in the wonderful state of Florida. I do wish I could wake up to this every morning. But since I cannot, it makes these times that much more special.
Enjoy your day my dears. With love, from me, to you.
